Questions

The most common ones, answered.

What counts as an 'active service'?

Any billable service under contract in a given month — a mobile SIM, an NBN connection, an electricity NMI, a gas MIRN, a solar export point. We only count services with billable activity.

Do you charge for AI agents?

No per-agent fees. AI functionality is included in every plan. You pay for the services you bill, not for the tooling that handles them.

How is data handled?

Multi-tenant by default, single-tenant on Enterprise. All data hosted in Australia. Customer data is never used to train foundation models.

What does go-live look like?

Most retailers go live in ~90 days. We run a discovery, data-migration and parallel-run program with your operations team.

Can we self-serve?

Today, onboarding is guided — billing is regulated and we want to get it right. A self-serve sandbox is on the roadmap.

Not sure which tier fits?

Tell us about your book — number of services, verticals, regulatory scope — and we'll put a proposal together.
